As part of the proven MAK BASIC series, the SmartGas Compressor Gas Cooler effectively dries sample gases, preventing condensation in analysers. By maintaining stable outlet dew points below 3 °C, even with fluctuating flow rates and varying humidity levels, it significantly reduces volumetric errors and measurement inaccuracies caused by water vapour cross-sensitivity. This makes it an ideal solution for industrial gas analysis applications where precision is critical.
At the core of the system is an optimised jet-stream heat exchanger principle, combined with corrosion-resistant PVDF heat exchangers and a long-lasting hot gas bypass system. This advanced design minimises the loss of water-soluble gases, such as SO₂, improving analysis quality while protecting sensitive downstream instruments.
