The Aranet T/RH Replacement Probe Heavy Duty is a direct replacement probe for the Aranet T/RH Probe Heavy Duty sensor, allowing the measurement probe to be swapped out without replacing the entire sensor unit. It is the recommended solution when the original probe becomes damaged, worn, or requires replacement after extended deployment in demanding environments.
Why It Matters
In harsh or industrial environments, probes are the component most directly exposed to moisture, condensation, chemicals, and physical contact, making them the most likely part of a sensor to require replacement over time. Without the ability to swap just the probe, a damaged measurement tip would mean replacing the entire sensor unit, including the wireless transmitter and casing, at considerably greater cost and inconvenience. A dedicated replacement probe extends the working life of the sensor and reduces the total cost of ownership for long-term deployments.
The replacement probe connects directly to the existing Aranet T/RH Probe Heavy Duty transmitter body. If the probe type remains the same as the original, the sensor will continue to operate normally without re-pairing. If the probe type is changed (for example, switching to an ammonia-resistant variant), the sensor must be re-paired with the base station. Compatible with the Aranet PRO monitoring platform and Aranet Cloud.
