What makes the HTS801 stand out?

E+E Elektronik has years of experience in the sensing industry, ensuring their sensors are easy to operate with minimal maintenance. This model has an optional colour display with a plug-and-play replaceable probe to provide stress-free operation and reduce downtime.

No Ordinary Sensor

Not all sensors are created equally. This E+E sensor is a cut above the rest. It has a monolithic element that prevents condensation via its integrated heating element. This ensures the integrity of measurement in high humidity conditions.

Versatility is key, with two available modes depending on individual needs.

With one mode for short-term condensation risks and another for long-term high humidity conditions, setting the parameters to suit your environment is easy.

The HTS801 also features an automatic recovery mode. The ARC heats the sensing element for short periods to remove chemical pollutants from the surface eliminating the possibility for drift.

Ultimate Protection

One of the things that makes E+E products first-class is their proprietary sensor coating. It is designed to protect the sensor from corrosion or other damage from pollutants, and it extends the life of its sensors, providing long-term stability and reliability under any conditions.

The HTS801 also offers an extra layer of protection with its robust IP65 and NEMA 4X-rated protective enclosure made from either polycarbonate or stainless steel.

The operating range of the HTS801 is -80 °C to 180 °C with 300 bar, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

The additional features of the HTS801 make it the ideal choice for reliable and accurate monitoring. Simply mounted and installed, it is also easy to operate and maintain.

Advanced Display with Data Logging and Diagnostics

Choose the HTS801 with the optional 3.5″ colour display for real-time monitoring. This display lets you view up to four measurements simultaneously, enhancing your local monitoring experience.

With the integrated data logging function, store up to 20,000 measured values per measurand, providing valuable insights into your processes.

Visualise the data on the display or effortlessly download it using the USB service interface. Check the HTS801’s operating status directly on the device using the onboard diagnostics function to ensure optimal performance.

Versatile Interfaces and Easy Configuration

The HTS801 offers flexibility with two freely scalable analogue outputs, RS485 (Modbus RTU) or Ethernet PoE (Modbus TCP) interfaces, and two alarm (relay) outputs. Seamlessly integrate this sensor into your existing data acquisition systems with these versatile interfaces.

Configuration is a breeze – utilise the USB port and E+E’s free configuration software or configure the device directly on the device using the intuitive display and push-buttons interface.
