CONNECT INTERFACE – flexible interfaces and additional features

CONNECT INTERFACE electronics are an option to make integration in customer systems much easier. Alongside extension of the interfaces, they also offer pressure compensation for the connected sensor as well as adjustment options via jumper.

Installation solutions for BASIC ^EVO with optimal protection – the modulBOX

modulBOX – with IP safety class 54

With the modulBOX we are offering you a simple but safe way to protect diffusions sensors from the BASIC EVO series and simply integrate them in an extremely wide variety of housings.

The modulBOX fulfils the requirements for the IP safety class 54 and thus protects against splashing water and penetrating dust. Due to this, the gas sensors are optimally protected against environmental influences, but are at the same time diffusion-open for swift interchange of gases with the surroundings. The optimised geometrics simplify installation in the housing considerably and without any loss of function. Calibrations and maintenance on-site can be simply carried out together with the optionally available calibration adapter.

SmartGas USB Adapter for FlowEVO, BasicEVO and TransmitterEVO

The smartGAS USB Adapter is an essential service tool that enables fast, reliable communication between smartGAS sensors and a PC or laptop. Ideal for commissioning, diagnostics, and calibration, this adapter allows technicians and engineers to access sensor data, review status information, and configure devices using the smartGAS Calibration Tool with minimal setup time.

The USB Adapter for FlowEVO and BasicEVO sensors (Item number: Z6-000025) provides a simple plug-and-play connection via a standard USB port. Using Modbus communication via UART ensures stable, accurate data transfer, making it easy to evaluate sensor performance, perform calibration procedures, or carry out routine servicing in both workshop and field environments.

For applications involving FlowEVO sensors or BasicEVO sensors with the CONNECT Interface, or the TransmitterEVO the USB Service Kit (Item number: Z6-000031) offers extended functionality. This version includes an integrated 12 V power supply, ensuring reliable operation during configuration and data readout.
