Featuring a 16-bit unsigned integer output and a refined pin assignment that simplifies upgrades from earlier models, this sensor offers a smooth transition for existing applications with minimal integration effort.

Designed to operate over a wide temperature range from -40 °C to 125 °C, the TEE301 achieves outstanding accuracy through factory multi-point temperature adjustment, ensuring precision up to ±0.2 °C. Its robust performance and excellent reproducibility make it the ideal choice for demanding measurement tasks across various industries.

Seamless Integration

Housed in a sleek, dual flat no-leads (DFN) package with a footprint of just 2.5 x 2.5 mm², this sensor is engineered for seamless integration into space-constrained designs. The TEE301 requires a supply voltage of only 2.35 V to 3.60 V, ensuring energy-efficient operation.

Its advanced I²C interface supports data speeds of 100, 400, and 1000 kHz, with built-in checksum validation and glitch suppression for reliable, interference-free communication. Moreover, four individually adjustable I²C addresses allow multiple sensors to share a single bus effortlessly.
