EE360 is a dedicated high performance moisture in oil transmitter for continuous reliable monitoring of lubrication, hydraulic, transformer and quenching oils in addition to diesel fuel. Three measurements can be displayed simultaneously: water activity (aw), temperature (T) and the derived absolute water content (x) in ppm.
One of six probes of varying lengths can be employed up to 180 °C and 290 psi and can be ordered together with an ISO or NPT slide fitting, which allows for variable immersion depth. Insertion and removal will not disrupt the process if the optional ball valve is used.
The rugged polycarbonate enclosure facilitates easy mounting and maintenance. The TFT colour display not only displays the latest readings and error diagnostics but also the logged data in graphical format. The integrated data logging function saves all measured data in the internal memory so that data can also be downloaded via the USB interface.
The EE360 offers two analogue outputs and a digital Modbus RTU or TCP interface. An optional relays module is available for alarms and process control. Configuration and adjustment is possible through either the touch screen display or by using the free EE-PCS software with USB service interface.
