The Aranet PRO Plus / PRO Plus LTE Base Station Pole Mounting Kit 1 is a stainless-steel pole mounting kit designed to securely fix the Aranet PRO Plus or PRO Plus LTE base station to poles of up to 17.7 cm (6.96 in) in diameter. It provides a robust and weather-resistant mounting solution for base stations deployed in greenhouses, fields, or other environments where pole mounting is preferred over wall fixing.
Why It Matters
In many monitoring environments, particularly greenhouses, polytunnels, and open agricultural sites, suitable flat wall surfaces for mounting a base station may not be available or may not offer the optimal position for wireless coverage. Pole mounting allows the base station to be positioned at the ideal height and location for maximum sensor reach, without being constrained by building structure. Stainless-steel construction ensures the mount remains corrosion-resistant in humid or outdoor conditions.
The mounting kit attaches to the Aranet PRO Plus or PRO Plus LTE base station and clamps securely around the pole using the stainless-steel fixings provided. It is designed for poles up to 17.7 cm in diameter; for larger poles, the Pole Mounting Kit 2 is available, accommodating diameters up to 38 cm. Compatible with both the Aranet PRO Plus and PRO Plus LTE base stations.
